Chris Beckerman, Principal
Chris Beckerman has twenty-five years of project and business management experience in construction and real estate development. Known for his creative leadership, Chris possesses expertise in strategic planning, risk management, cost control, logistics and scheduling. He combines technical and management experience with strong interpersonal skills. Prior to starting Brixton Consulting, Chris served as Regional Procurement Manager for Turner Construction, responsible for contracting and procurement in the Northwest and as Senior Manager for Design and Construction for Vulcan Inc., managing design, preconstruction and construction activities on all U.S. and European residential properties.
Chris is a graduate of Ohio University College of Engineering and Technology, studied Construction Management at The University of Washington and previously taught at the University of Washington’s College of Built Environments.
